Executive Board of Directors

Julian Morgan
Founder, CEO and President
Julian Morgan is the Founder, CEO, President, and Executive Producer of M and M Productions Inc. He has worked as a musician and a music producer for over 50 years. Julian has owned and operated his own recording studios in Southern California since 1982.

Arlene Griffin
Chairman and Mentor
Arlene serves as Chairman for the IEMHOF (Inland Empire Musician Hall of Fame) and Chief Strategic Officer for M and M Productions Inc. She is dedicated to the key deliverables of IEMHOF’s mission and purpose with the utmost regards to integrity and creditability. She embraces the importance of “keeping music alive” by preserving and honoring musical history through the Hall of Fame platform and teaching children music with an emphasis on the less than privileged children.

Carolyn Tagariello
Treasurer & CFO
Carolyn serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for the Inland Empire Musician Hall of Fame and as the Chief Financial Officer for M and M Productions Inc. She is fully integrated into both organizations working closely with the CEO – President, Julian and trusted to manage all financial and cash activity. She is regarded amongst her colleagues as an individual of high integrity with the utmost respect. Carolyn also spearheads all aspects of IT with her engineering background and in close partnership with IEMHOF web designer has been instrumental in its development.

Connie Breece
Vice Chair and Secretary
Connie was introduced to music when she was young and her dad purchased a grand piano. Later her family would open two clubs in Riverside, The Purple Haze in Arlington and Diamond Lil’s in Woodcrest, and one club in Palm Springs/Cathedral City, Nasty’s.

Charles C. Johnson
Chief Operations Officer
For 10 of the 12 years, Charles Johnson played in the Jr & Sr band, showcasing his musical talents on the Baritone Horn, Drums, and B Flat Trumpet. Upon graduating in 1970, he pursued higher education at Henderson State Teachers College in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. During the summer of 1971, a vacation in Southern California led him to Highgrove, where he delved into the local music scene.

Susan Parker

Susan’s been in the pre-press production field since paste-up and ads were all done by hand. When computer graphics came into the scene, her heart was just not into relearning the whole new game. With a passion for letters, logos, and wordplay, she’s a powerhouse of brainstorming creativity.
